can i reschedule my session?

Unfortunately, due to the limited nature of this event, rescheduling is not an option. All bookings are final, and the session fee is non-refundable.

What happens if I’m late?

Your photo time starts at your exact scheduled slot, so it’s important to arrive at least 10 minutes early to find street parking and settle in. If you’re late, your session time will be reduced, as we cannot go past your reserved time slot. Missed sessions are non-refundable.

Do I get to choose the backdrops?

Yes! During your session, you’ll have access to a selection of curated studio backdrops that we’ll help match to your brand style. You’ll also have the option to take photos anywhere within the studio.

Can I bring outfit changes?

Since the sessions are only 15 minutes, we recommend sticking to one outfit to maximize your photo time. If you want variety, bring accessories like jackets, scarves, or statement pieces that are quick to swap out.

Can I use my photos for commercial purposes?

Absolutely! Your session includes commercial rights, so you can use your images for websites, social media, marketing materials, and more.

Can I book a session for more than one person?

Yes, these sessions are available for up to a team of 3 people. If you’re booking for a team, we recommend reserving back-to-back sessions to ensure everyone gets solo and group shots. For teams larger than 3, please reach out to book a private headshot session with more time and flexibility.


How soon will I get my photos?

Your professionally edited, high-resolution images will be delivered within 1 week of your session via an online gallery.

Where is the location?

The session will take place in a unique warehouse studio near downtown Houston. The space features a variety of backdrops, including black, white, wood, and exposed brick, as well as stylish furniture options to match your brand’s aesthetic.
